If a rule has been broken, you, the customer, will be held accountable for your actions, and will not be allowed to commission me any longer
If you are unclear on a subject mentioned in the T.O.S please clarify with me before deciding to commissionCommunication is key! Please, if there is a situation at hand, or the sketch does not look like you wanted it to, let me know; even simply stirring up a conversation will put me at much ease

(new!) I do not currently support AI Art and will not accept an offer for anything related to AI
Please DO NOT commission me for the sole purpose of putting my art into an AI machine - you will be blacklistedI do not, and will never, support NFTs and will not accept an offer for anything related to the cryptocurrency, or any other cryptocurrencies
Please DO NOT sell or mint any of my artworks as an NFT
If you do find my artworks being sold/minted as an NFT, please let me know!Slots are handled on a first come first serve rule
Unless a customer has not followed a rule, has taken too long to get back to me, or I have decided to decline the commission, a slot is guaranteed for anyone who immediately contacts me if any are still availablePlease try to provide the best reference you can, in a very clear quality so that I do not miss one detail of the character
Please send me drawn references only, I will not accept description references
In most cases, this does exclude fanart commissionsAfter finishing the sketch, I will send you it and how it looks like
If there's anything in it you don't like, gladly inform me and I will take care of it
If you would like your character to be in a certain pose, please let me know in the Commission Form (under Extra Character(s) Information)
If you prefer something specific in the piece, please let me know in the Commission Form (under Anything Else)You may ask to see a WIP (Work in Progress; a screenshot of the drawing and how much of it is done) of the commission if I am far enough into itPlease, do not rush me, I will try my best to not make you wait longer than expected
Feel free to contact me if you believe I have put aside your commissionIf you decide to cancel the commission as I am working on it, then I will not continue it, but I will not send a refund back

Please do give credit if you decide to use the art on social media platforms
Unwatermarked version can be used to decorate page (eg. use it as an icon, banner, etc.) or to print out for personal usage (please do not distribute (without permission) or sell the physical copy)
I preferably would like the watermarked version to be shared if posted/uploadedIf I have made any minor errors in the commission, I will fix it and send you the fixed version free of chargeIf I have made a big error in the commission, and the reference you left me was not clear, I will not redo the commission, and I will not send you a refundYou may not edit, trace, claim, or tamper with the commission once I have handed it over to you, doing so will result in being blacklisted
(new; addon!) This includes feeding the commission to an AI machineI am allowed to post the finished piece anywhere if you have chosen the commission to be public; if it is private then I will keep it hidden (this includes streaming and speedpaints)
Given that the commission is private, you, the costumer, should not also post the commission anywhere, as it would be fair and respectfulthank you so much for reading!

Important Information Regarding PayPali've decided to let customers add a tip if they want, and if you decide to, please do not tip PayPal's fee (~5%)!! it's against their T.O.S to make the customer pay both the original commission price, and their fee (unless i add the fee to the original price) and i could get in trouble even if it was mistakenly tipped
tipping is always appreciated !! just not roughly 5% please
